What Is a Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays when UK or local postal services are closed. The postal holiday calendar can be checked on the Royal Mail or USPS websites. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

What Are the Delivery Times?

Delivery times are generally between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays.

What Happens If I Am Absent on the Day My Delivery Is Scheduled?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a parcel or notice at your door or mailbox. This notice allows you to reschedule delivery or collect your package from your local post office.

What Happens If My Purchase Is Returned to Sender?

UK & International Orders:
If a shipment is returned to the sender, we will contact you to verify your delivery address.
If we are unable to establish contact within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.

  • Shipping estimates are in addition to processing time (3–5 business days)

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 7–28 business days

How Can I Track My Shipment?

Once your order has shipped and you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

What About Pre-Order Items?

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • Free shipping promotions are subject to the advertised terms.

  • Some items may not qualify for free shipping.

  • Due to high international shipping costs, couriers may not return packages after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
